1.1. The agreement is concluded between the online title-sign exchange service, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, and the person who used the Contractor's services, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

2. List of terms. 2.1. Exchange of title signs is an automated Internet service provided by the Contractor and governed by the current rules. 2.2. Title sign is a conventional unit of a payment system equivalent to a unit used in settlements of electronic systems and representing the scope of rights corresponding to the agreement of the electronic payment system and its Customer. 2.3. Request is information provided by the Customer to the Contractor in electronic form for using the Contractor's funds, confirming that the Customer accepts the rules and terms of using the Contractor's services within that request.

3.1. All described rules are considered organized under the terms of the public offer formed when the Customer submits a request and are one of the main components of this agreement. The public offer is the information displayed by the Contractor about the terms for submitting a request. The primary components of the public offer are the actions made at the completion of the request submission by the Customer, which confirm the Customer's exact intention to complete the deal under the terms proposed by the Contractor before the deal is completed. The time, date, and other request parameters are created automatically by the Contractor at the moment the request is completed. The offer must be accepted by the Customer within 24 hours from completion of the request. The service agreement enters into force once the title signs in the full amount specified in the request are received by the Contractor. Transactions with title signs are accounted for according to the rules, regulations, and formats of electronic payment systems. The agreement remains valid from the moment the request is submitted until termination by one of the parties.

4.1. The Contractor undertakes to exchange title signs after the Customer submits a request by selling title signs to persons willing to purchase them for an amount equal to or greater than the amount specified by the Customer. The Contractor undertakes to transfer the proceeds to the details specified by the Customer in the request. If a balance remains during the exchange, it remains in the Contractor's accounts as remuneration for the services provided.

5.1. If an amount different from the one specified by the Customer in the request is credited to the Contractor's account, the Contractor has the right to recalculate according to the amount actually received, after which payment is made based on the funds received by the Contractor. 5.2. If title signs are not transferred by the Contractor to the details specified by the Customer within 24 hours, the Customer has the right to request termination of the agreement and cancellation of the request, thereby returning the title signs to the Customer's account in full. A request to terminate the agreement and return title signs is accepted and executed by the Contractor only if the funds were not transferred to the details specified by the Customer. In case of agreement cancellation, the title signs are returned within 24 hours from receipt of the termination request. If return delays occur through no fault of the Contractor, the Contractor bears no liability for them. 5.3. If the title signs do not arrive in the Contractor's account within the specified period from the moment the Customer submitted the request, the agreement is terminated unilaterally by the Contractor, since the agreement does not come into force. The Customer may not be notified. If the title signs arrive after the specified period, such funds are returned to the Customer minus all commission expenses. 5.4. If the transfer of funds to the details specified by the Customer is delayed due to the fault of the settlement system, the Contractor is not responsible for any potential or actual damage arising from the delay. In this case, the Customer agrees that all claims must be addressed to the settlement system, and the Contractor provides assistance to the Customer to the extent possible within the law. 5.5. If the Contractor detects forgery of communication flows or harmful impact aimed at worsening the Contractor's operation, including its software, execution of the request is suspended and the received funds are recalculated according to the current agreement. If the Customer disagrees with the recalculation, the Customer has the right to terminate the agreement and the title signs will be sent to the details specified by the Customer. 5.6. By using the Contractor's services, the Customer fully agrees that the Contractor bears liability limited by these rules and provides no additional guarantees to the Customer, and likewise the Customer bears no additional liability to the Contractor. 5.7. The Customer undertakes not to violate applicable law, not to forge communication flows, and not to interfere with normal operation of the Contractor's software. 5.8. Our website offers a premium service for clients. 5.9. The Contractor is not liable for damage caused by an erroneous transfer of electronic currency if the Customer provided incorrect details in the request.

6.1. Within 24 hours from the moment of the exchange of title signs, the Contractor provides a guarantee of fulfillment of the service's financial obligations, unless other periods are established.

7.1. If unforeseen circumstances arise during the execution of the Customer's request leading to the Contractor's failure to fulfill the agreement, the request execution period is extended for the duration of such circumstances. The Contractor bears no liability for shifting the execution dates.

8.1. This agreement is accepted by both parties, represented by the Contractor and the Customer, as legally equivalent to a written contract.

9.1. For card holders from the jurisdictions of the United Kingdom, Germany and the USA, the transfer period of title signs is extended for an indefinite period corresponding to the full verification of the card holder's data. During the entire verification period, the funds are not subject to any transactions and remain in full in the Contractor's account.

10.1. Claims under this agreement are accepted by the Contractor in the form of an email in which the Customer states the essence of the claim. This email is sent to the Contractor's contact details indicated on the site.

11.1. Use of the Contractor's services for illegal transfers and fraudulent actions is prohibited. By entering into this agreement, the Customer undertakes to comply with these requirements and, in case fraudulent actions are detected, bears criminal liability established by law. 11.2. All payments sent after a request has been completed, for anti-fraud purposes, will not be processed or returned. 11.3. If automatic exchange is impossible due to circumstances beyond the Contractor's control, such as payment system blocks, lack of Internet connection, insufficient funds on the Customer's accounts, or incorrect data from the Customer, the funds are credited within the next 24 hours or returned to the Customer's details minus commission expenses. 11.4. As a result of fraud proven by judicial authorities, upon first request of law enforcement agencies, payment system administrations, and victims of illegal actions, the Contractor has the right to transfer information about the transfer of electronic currency. 11.5. The Customer undertakes to provide all identity documents in case of suspicion of fraud and or money laundering. 11.6. The Customer undertakes not to interfere in the Contractor's work and not to damage its software and hardware components, and also undertakes to provide accurate information to ensure the Contractor fulfills all conditions of the agreement.

12.1. If the Contractor has suspicions regarding the relation of the title signs to a specific request, or the information in the Request does not match the actual data, the Contractor has the right to suspend the exchange and request video confirmation of the transaction by email to the Contractor's contact details indicated on the site. Detailed instructions for creating the video confirmation are sent by email to the Customer's contact details specified in the request.

13.1. The Contractor has the right to refuse to conclude an agreement and execute a request without explanation. This clause applies to any client. 13.2. In order to prevent fraudulent use of the Contractor's services, all payments to details issued by the Contractor for deals already completed at the time of payment are not subject to return or transfer to other details. All exchange transactions are carried out only within created requests. 13.3. The service refuses to carry out transactions for persons with citizenship of Ukraine, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, as well as persons under 18 or over 53 years of age.
